Trouble clipping digital coupons. Was told by the store clerk that I probably need to download latest FM app or upgrade mine. Deleted my FM app and have tried numerous times to download FM app again to no avail. I don’t understand why the digital coupons can’t just automatically be attached to our our FM card without having to go through the app. It is really frustrating! Even trying to attach a nickname to this review is frustrating.

The app interface is cluttered with unimportant information to the user. The pickup bar on the bottom, above the navigation bar, is unnecessary because I already selected and saved that option. The sort and filter above also takes up too much space and could have a tiny button on the top left where you have a Done button, which is also a bad implementation as it just kicks you out of searching.
Needs a few more sorting features

Shopping list struggles

I added everything to the shopping list with the easy shopping list button, but for some reason it wouldn’t transfer everything into the cart easily, so I had to go one at a time to add to cart. It was a fairly redundant and confusing system, but hopefully will make sense when I get used to it.

The most recent update has prevented me from using. I tried to log out and the tried to reinstall. But when I try to log in I get an access denied message but haven’t even entered in any credentials. Not sure if this related to updating to iOS 14 or just the update to this app. But it’s very very frustrating.
Kroger Pay stopped working

Keep getting an error code CZ8735, even after multiple re-sign ins and reinstalls, and even on the Android app. Really annoying that Kroger tries to push this instead of Apple Pay when it doesn’t even work.

This is a more confusing (list vs cart) shopping site than the others I use: Walmart and Costco.
