Inconsistent pricing

Pricing in your account often is higher than if you google it to the same company. You’re best to shop their app/web pricing first to be sure and the lower price isn’t a code either. You’d think as a returning customer you’d automatically get their lowest price. And how can you be out of your travel size that you create? You literally pour it into a travel size spray bottle that has your company name on it.

I was disappointed that the site and the app have few paying options, also the currencies. You should add Apple Pay , some Middle Eastern currency along with an App update.

I’ve been using FragranceNet.com to buy all my Cologne’s so far and it’s been great I always try to get the big bottles when they have it and it’s at a pretty cheap price depending on the cologne but I was tired of using the online site because it wouldn’t save the Cologne’s I want so I’m deciding to use the app but I really wish they would update it for a better experience for everyone please do so and thanks for the great service you provide

I have ordered from the company three times so far. The prices are crazy discounted and the selection is HUGE!!! Never had issues with payment or delivery of my items. Everything always comes thoughtfully wrapped and in wonderful condition. Shipping is usually 3-5 days (not counting weekends) which is more than fine with me to save as much money as I have. I will never go to the mall to purchase perfume again.

Don’t buy from this company!!!!

I bought 3 perfumes it has passed over a week and they can’t tell me if they going to send me anything that it’s still processing, while they said I’ll have it delivered in 2 days tried to contact them email and phone calls and no resolution, I tried to cancel they said I have to wait till it gets approved probably another week

Where is my $60 this app stole me $60 I did pay doble for a fragrance just because I though I had problems with my card, but these people had charged without me realizing it and the application said it was an error all the time. I lost my money and I did not get the fragrance that paid double. I want my money oh I'll sue them for theft. Scammers!!!!!!

Diluted fragrances
something isnt right here.

My orders were delivered in good time. However; nothing smells authentic. All the colognes that I purchased smells like they have been diluted. In addition, the scent doesn’t last for very long after it has been applied.

Fragrance Net is the BEST place to buy parfume and cologne. HOWEVER, this app is garbage. It runs very slowly and very clunky. I’m a loyal customer and would greatly appreciate if FragranceNet put some cash into making it easier to use this app.
