We ordered during Christmas of all times! Ordered December 14th in the evening (a Friday night) and had our substantial and I must say, very well packaged order just a few days later, on the morning of the 18th! I will continue to order from them. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is due to the plethora of emails after my purchase, which I had a difficult time opting out of, as the option is hidden in a paragraph. But that is worth the savings I received on the several perfumes we purchased. OH! They also have an app, which I am going to use today to order again! Super excellent product, at excellent prices!

I have saved so much money with this app. Even when things are on sale at the store, this app still runs less expensive. My collection of fragrances is quite large but I’m still collecting

Nothing against the company but the app is terrible and impossible to use. None of the links work, barely any of the tabs load. Tried to use the app because the mobile website was extremely slow but the app is even worse

I shopped at fragrancenet.com for a very long time before I got the app. Every purchase I have made arrived when expected and I always got what I ordered. These are not knock offs and are the real McCoy. I will never buy cologne or perfume from a retailer unless they just do not have the brand or item. Even then you can enter a request that they begin to carry an item and to notify you when they do get it in stock. That has been successful for me as well. There are constantly 30% off offers if you sign up for text alerts along with free shipping. I haven’t used the app yet but I can tell you from years of experience that the company has been fantastic.

Me gusta comprar los perfumes por aquí por que me ahorro mucho lo más que me an tardado es 5 días pero yegan en exelente condición la razón que doy 4 estrellas es por que la app se frizea mucho i es mui lenta pero todo lo d mas ???

What the hell happened? As a fragrance head I used to love this app, but now it’s completely unusable. Won’t even load the home page.

I almost didn’t order, because of the first review to come up on my feed. I’m glad I took a chance. My order was placed on 04/21, and arrived at my door 04/25. I was kept informed by e-mail, of my orders progress. I am very happy with Fragrance.com
App is only good to look around.

Use the app to look around and track my orders, but when I’m shopping, I have to go online to the website. Everybody should as well to avoid problems with this app. Just open the website on safari or chrome and shop. The app is only good for looking around and tracking orders. :) I love Fragrancenet.
