On the website there’s a 35% off coupon while on the app it’s 25% ? I can’t find the coupon code for 35% but I’d rather just save space on my phone and order it on the website.

I just downloaded the app and I can’t maneuver through the menu. No matter what you try to select in the menu it doesn’t work.

I have used this app for about 10 years. I see they have the updated version which I just changed to. Updating apps just as updating Apple software is necessary to make everything run right. Better off using the website

I bought 6 items totaling to $320.79, when placing the order I noticed that the order did not go through at all, no email confirmation, nothing. But it still charged my card, after 2 days I still haven’t gotten a email back or my money back. It might have been an error but it’s unacceptable to take my money with no confirmation or any type of answers on what is happening.

I’ve been noticing lately that prices on certain items in the app aren’t the same as their website (before coupons and deals). There’s been several items same oz. etc. Ive see on the website or ads that the app has but for a higher price. No difference in the app item, same exact description it’ll just be 10-20 dollars more and I can’t find its reason. I love using FragranceNet but I hate have having to cross check itself.

I’m trying to like this app so bad but they prevent me from doing so anytime I add a lot of colognes to my wishlist and go back on the app later in the day everything is removed and I have 0 items on my wishlist please fix so I don’t have to keep re-adding this is very disappointing.
