I really wish there was a way to keep a favorites or wish list on here. Sometimes i forget the fragrances i found interesting and don’t have the fund to purchase at the moment but want to revisit later. PUT A WISH LIST/FAVORITE BUTTON ?✨ with love

At first the app was working very well, but now it’s doesn’t even open anymore. It keeps crashing? very disappointed ?

Cringeworthy bad user experience. Their app keeps crashing, no updates over the last several months. I finally gave up and placed an order over website and they canceled it as they needed further verification. Please do not use this website as its condescending self-riteous behavior is disgustingly user unfriendly. Unreliable and not trustworthy
Great prices; but app is mediocre & not much better than mobile site

I love FragranceNet, and I have ordered from them many times. I love their low prices. However, the app is not any easier to use than the mobile website. It is almost no different than if you put a safari shortcut to the mobile site, except for fact that sometimes it is actually a little slower than the mobile site. The only thing I see that is useful is there is a barcode scan feature that you can use to search for items. So unless you’re a frequent buyer, or you need this barcode scan feature, the app is not worth getting; you can just stick to the mobile or desktop site.

I pay for next day delivery and after 4 days I have to give them the phone number on the back of my debit card plus I still waiting for my perfume they’re really bad guys be careful

I placed an order March 03, I paid with my American Express. I have a reference number of the charge and an amount of $310.02 I bought 8 different colognes, 7 for men and 1 for My wife who always buys the same from this place. I am not registered, but gave my name, email, card number and address for shipment. An order was placed as guest. Today I called twice and customer assistance was not able to find anything related to me, neither through my email, zip code or name. They will not accept my reference number of the charge made to my American Express. I do not understand how a company grabs the money and cannot trace it back. I was told twice to contact my credit card to request a refund. I am lucky to have used my American Express, they will write Fragance and request a refund, but on the meant time I will not get charged by American Express. That is how customers should be treated, inconceivable. My wife shops at this place, I am sure there are other places more responsible and better to serve customers. Don’t place orders, is a gamble. As you can read on the reviews, I am not the only one charged and then not getting the merchandised. Ah! and I did get coupons from Fragance afterwards on my email, but don’t ask them how they placed a charge to my account. They have no way of tracking it, nothing comes up! No answers! Useless! HALF STAR RATING

I love this app, sure it’s a bit slow and choppy. But all the products are authentic and everything that I’ve order has always shipped no problems at all. And for the discounts they offer I really don’t mind the somewhat flawed app.
