App is basically the site. Slow and unresponsive. No maintenance works were put into this to make it usable. The errors made me just change my mind buying items from here.

I have ordered 5 times from this business already and I have never been disappointed (so far).Great prices, original scents and packaging, I recommend this store. They haven’t missed an order nor sent me the wrong item. I love the goodies that comes in the box. I will continue buying from Fragrance.net. They are legit.

Don’t bother installing this app. Just use the website. This app is hot garbage and hasn’t been updated in 2 years! The menu buttons don’t work at all, so it’s impossible to browse the products and categories. I gave them 1 star because they have great prices.

I give 3stars because the app is very helpful but its so slow. Searching and ordering in the website is faster than from the app.
App needs work

Fragrance.net is a good perfume company but the app needs work. There is no way of searching for your perfume by typing it in. You have to search one a time basically. Again, FRAGRANCE.NET, you need new IT group to handle this and change the way App is being run. Administrators take aim and fix your App.

Needs to Flow More Smoothly

The experience with this app isn’t the best. It’s choppy and takes a while for screens to load. There’s also a problem with certain screens freezing. When it’s time to pay for perfumes, I had to close out the app for me to type my information in. There needs to be more work done to make it run more smoothly and make it prettier, too.
Defective product & No Customer Service Response

I ordered perfume and the bottle leaks CONSTANTLY! I emailed customer support, and never got a response. It leaks so much, that I have to keep a towel under the bottle at all times. Their prices are great, but at this rate I’ll only end up with half of what I bought. I gave it two stars because it at least still smells like the perfume I ordered. Might as well have paid full price and then I wouldn’t have to deal with a bottle of perfume leaking and spilling all over everything in my toiletry drawer.
