I find Forest helpful for motivating me to buckle down and stay buckled down so that I can get things done rather than bounce around half-finishing tasks. I like this latest 2022 challenge … I love free stuff and having that goal set for me is a miracle. Thanks Forest!
MUST KEEP FOCUSED

As someone who loves trees deeply, this is the perfect focus app. Forget other focus apps and tomato timers, this is it. If you break concentration, YOU KILL A TREE. And if you keep concentration, YOU GROW A FOREST. Absolutely lovely. Has a reward for my ADHD and a setting where if I leave the app (not if my phone’s display just turns off), then the tree dies. Must. Plant. Forest. Thanks guys :)
endless annoying pop ups and too much store focus

So many pop up advertisements are the opposite of productive. Awful experience. Also the store to buy trees is obnoxious.

I think you have to be ready to use this app, as in you have to be pretty organized and highly motivated in your work/study to begin to benefit from it. At least in my experience, it took me several attempts at using the app, before it became a part of my daily work routine. What I mean is, when I didn’t know what I was doing and didn’t know how to concentrate or deal with procrastination - the app didn’t have the same effect as now that I am more organized and intentional about my work. Now that I am more advanced about my work habits, this app is indispensable in getting the most out of my day. Thank you to developers!
The data cannot synced into account with different platform

I purchased it and mainly use it to track my living about studying, resting and doing sports. Sadly, the tracking data can only be stored locally on my iPhone’s application. When i log in with the same account on my iPad or chrome. The data is out of showing. It’s really troublesome. The problem is still on, and I don’t find any ways to connect with developers.
