The data cannot synced into account with different platform – Forest: Focus for Productivity Review

I purchased it and mainly use it to track my living about studying, resting and doing sports. Sadly, the tracking data can only be stored locally on my iPhone’s application. When i log in with the same account on my iPad or chrome. The data is out of showing. It’s really troublesome. The problem is still on, and I don’t find any ways to connect with developers.
