It worked like it was supposed to and it also has the option to play this nature noise into my earbuds and it worked to keep my mind more clear. I can’t focus while listening to music because I’m a musician and it isn’t really something I can tune out.

My absolute favorite way to focus, esp for WHF. I struggle with all of the distractions and with my living space being my working space too. I’ve been using this app for about 6 years (helped me through my BA and MA too). Can’t recommend enough
