Since downloading this app it has been more encouraging to use the 25min work 5min break Strategy. I’ve been familiar with the strategy for a while but the structure of this app, from the statistical side as well as watching your garden or forest grow is also encouraging to schedule time to focus. Just invest in this app, after 3 days of using it my return in the amount of time I invested in myself is incomparable. Good luck everyone. Thank you content creators ??
