To the plant lover this app really helps keep you off your phone when you need to work. The adorable trees and the potential for them to wither makes keeping on the app and on track in terms of phone app temptations very easy.

I was totally skeptical. But this really, really helps keep me focused! And surprisingly more even effective than the “threat” of killing a tree, which is motivation in and of itself, is the incentive that if I stay focused for so long I earn points I can use to redeem other kinds of trees. I’ll be studying/reading along and have a thought like, oh I need (read “want”) to do *this something* on my phone but then I remember that I don’t want to disturb my tree and I’ll get back to it later. And I stay focused!! Suggestion: could expand beyond earning additional trees into different flowers and plants and maybe park features like fountains/benches?

The gamification of caring for a cute little tree really helps me to want to stay 100% focused on what I'm doing. As a college student and a but of a ditz, this app is a godsend!
