Useless in Cold Weather

In the cold, when I need it the most, the remote start and other remote features are disabled by the app until you manually start your vehicle. Then after you start it and turn it off, the app against disable the remote features again. From what I’ve read, the app is designed to do this in cold weather to save battery life. This is a big design flaw. Let me worry about battery life, since you do get warnings from the app about such things. Then once I get the app, I can remote start and fix the issue. Useful only in nice weather.

What was a simple and quick key fob button press is now a multiple step crapshoot process. Sometimes the app opens quickly, must times it just sits there and thinks about opening and connecting to offer me the privilege of remote start. It’s less convenient and not an upgrade most of the time. Other app features are useful...tire pressure, location, door lock/unlock. But the app opening and connecting delays are a major disappointment.
App isn't very reliable

If you look forward to the timed starts and being able to start, lock, and unlock your car from the app? Don't. The app rarely works to the point where it didn't even show those features.

Works ok for a while, then it gives me no option to start or lock the vehicle on any screens. Acts like an old version of the App. It can find my vehicle, but the options to start and lock have just disappeared. Last time this happened, I had to start from zero by having the dealership re install the app and enter some info. Wish this would get fixed. 2019 f250.

This app is a waste of time.Half the time the app does not work.You spend more time trying to get the vehicle started with it where you could just go directly to your key fob and started in two seconds.
