I had to change my flight due to a weather delay and it was extremely easy to use the app and change my flight rather than sitting on hold on the phone.

I am a loyal Delta customer and will always fly Delta unless not possible. I enjoy my consistent service and that even if things go awry, Delta minimizes the negative affect on its customers. Keep up the good work!

I paid almost 100,000 miles to go to Costa Rica. I had trouble using my miles. The value I received for the miles I had to pay was unsatisfactory. In Tampa I asked for an upgrade. The agent literally laughed in my face. The experience had led me to discontinue my relationship with Delta and Am Ex.

I fly AA the most but this app is much better. Still lags behind UA app though.

My husband and I woke up to a message from Delta that our flights were delayed and our entire trip in jeopardy. After an hour wait on hold, one grumpy agent, and a disconnected call we were pretty frustrated with Delta. Then we called back and got Emma Williams in customer service. How lucky were we!! Emma went above and beyond for us and she did it with a smile in her voice. She was not able to keep us both in our class of service or seat us together but she worked to make sure we got to our destination together. What a sweetheart! It’s why I am a Diamond medallion - those precious jewels that work for Delta. Thank you !

I feel this app came out for the first iPhone. A few facelifts are announced periodically, but I think it needs an overhaul.
