Some good, some not

Overall a decent app. The connection to wifi is a bit confusing and unintuitive. Feels like u accidentally find ur way every time depending on the plane and flight. Second, the contact us section is a. It if a disaster. One link leads u to text which creates undeliverable text. Crappy experience. Their mileage calculations are impossible to figure out. The app designers don’t know how to convey it so they describe things generally. The mileage wonks have created so many hidden levers to devalue ur ability to earn and spend. We’d to reduce the levers, complexities. And stop devaluing the members mileage. Last there should be an easy way to search for trips using dollars or miles from a airport with no specific destination but only based on price.

Truly the worst airline app I’ve ever used to the extent that I’d never fly Delta again just because this app is so difficult to use. It does not display flight updates in a timely manner nor showcase my boarding pass after I’ve checked in. Totally useless. No clue how it has any overall 5 star rating. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

The widget isn’t working properly. It won’t update to show my next trip, instead it’s showing the trip after that.

“Where’s my Plane” is no longer available from the departure status page. And I am no longer receiving baggage status notifications even though I have notifications turned on for the app Please return these features to the app

Your app was great. Now you went and screwed it up. Refresh doesn’t work. You turn my brightness up all the time. It’s aweful! Stop!
Won’t ever fly delta again

This is the first time in many years that we’ve flown Delta and unfortunately I remember why we stopped flying Delta. We missed out connecting flight to Florida due to a “computer glitch” in Atlanta and had to spend most of our first day of vacation in Atlanta airport. I cannot tell you how much I dread these flights tomorrow and just pray that I’m home tomorrow afternoon instead of tomorrow night. This is the last time I will ever fly Delta

every other screen is an material’s acknowledgment or request to rate. make me do it once. don’t ask for a review multiple times in a session let alone week!
