You had us take our flight to Escanaba only to have the pilot abort two attempts to land and flybys back to Minneapolis. It was too windy. Didn’t they know that before we took off? It is only a 40 minute flight. If conditions changed that drastically in that short a time it would have been forecasted. Because this was a late flight, we end up back in Minneapolis at 12:30 am. Rebooking passengers thru Detroit to Escanaba puts us home at 4:00 pm Saturday. Because you abandoned flying in to MQT, you didn’t have the option to land there instead and bus us 1 hour to Escanaba. Had we not left in the first place, I could have rented a car and been home in 6 hours. But, the rental car options with drop off for my destination were closed by the time we were done at the gate. This is my second bad experience with Delta in less than a month. You cancelled my flight from Atlanta to Milwaukee New Years Eve morning 2 hours before check-in, auto rebooking for a flight 24 hours later. I will have to consider other airports with other carrier options for my business and personal travel.

Love flying Delta I’ve never been a great flyer but I’m the must comfortable on Delta. I find if you do want is expected of you your experience should be a good one. If you don’t want to wear a mask do not FLY sincerely. Arlene Manning

Today screen needs work.

On the “Today” screen, please stop flipping back and forth between the boarding and departure time. Just show me both times, please. I dislike apps that don’t show me all the information I need without waiting. I find the rotation of this information confusing.
Ads are Intrusive

Recent update has ads moved to the top area of the app. Thus necessitating scrolling thru the ad to get to the area you wish to use. I don’t need information/advertising about my status and what I can do with it (Ads for my status and using those offers). The major overall that came out is also a downgrade for the app. Things that were presented and streamlined made using the app a breeze, now things are buried and you waste time digging for those functions. If you wish to add more features, fine, just ad those new features in additional tabs after the main features are presented as before “New today tile update”…..instead of increasing the rotation time showing boarding time and then departure time…..go back to showing them separately and no rotation. Both are important and deserve to be shown at the same time without rotation. It’s not rocket science…..understand the concept of “keep it simple” and don’t try to do to much and in the end…..you don’t get the job done

We had a family emergency and had to get home sooner. The agent we talked to was so kind and understanding and worked with us to get a flight home as soon as we could. We so appreciate his kindness and Delta’s in helping us during this tragic time!
