Paying extra to choose your seat is bogus!

Not being able to select your seat without paying an extra $90 is ridiculous. I would have flown another airline had I been aware of this. Delta has always been my preferred airline- not anymore

The app wouldn’t let me upgrade, I could select a seat but wouldn’t confirm payment. This isn’t the first time. Horrible experience

They lost my bags to our honeymoon. Didn’t get them until at least until 36 hours later. I almost didn’t want to check my bag again, although it’s too big to carry on.

Comfortable! I enjoyed my round trip. Delta employee was helpful getting another flight for me to my destination when I missed a connecting flight because of gate change! Was able to make it to my destination at the same time!
