I only fly with Delta. They’re reliable, friendly and consistent. Best flight attendants by far!!

I want to rate this app well, it mostly works as it should. My issue is that it’s an app you use when traveling. Hence when using unknown WiFi. And yet it refuses to log me in if I’m running a VPN. So I end up burning cell data to use it. Frustrating.

You guys are nice, I wish one day the customer service with Delta gets better in a way to help resolve a problem. It takes forever to be assisted and some time, it looks like the person that is trying to help is in the same pattern; I mean they do not have any idea of what they are helping with. Unfortunately I waist long hours with customer service to help me and they didn’t. I still have the problem to resolve but, kinda traumatized of calling again!

Had to cancel a previous flight which I booked way in advance..with insurance.. Had to cancel for legit family issues..AIG thought my reasons were insufficient to warrant me getting my money back for the flight..after my claim was initiated.. I booked another anyways too with because of my change of plans.. I was loyal to Delta my best friend is a pilot of 30 some odd years with Delta..he trains your pilots! But, because of your insurance carrier and your relationship with them..I will not be flying Delta at any cost.. There’s something really wrong with this system (Deltas) for passengers and flight cancellations.. Try to be better..try to be human.. Nothing like just stealing from a common man.. That was one weeks pay right thru the out the window.. Michael Dobbs

My company’s travel agency booked my flight. When I use the app to check in & pay for my checked bag, there’s not an option to receive a copy of the receipt to an alternate email. I was able to get a receipt when I checked my bag in at the counter, but would like the ability to specify an additional email address to receive a copy of the receipt.
