Delta has been wonderful with helping me fly with my broken hip, since breaking it and flying to visit my daughter in Los Angeles and my son in South Carolina by providing a wheel chair that goes down the aisle in the beginning and providing wheel chairs in the healing phase. Thank you very much to Delta!
TSA Pre is automatically deleted

This happens in ~ 25% of cases. As a mostly business traveller who paid for TSA Pre to save time, this puts me at risk of missing my flight every time I get a surprise TSA Pre # deletion. Agents will NOT accept government issued card in lieu of number appearing on the boarding pass. Also, this is not a new problem - happened 1.5 years ago to me for the first time.

I used to fly Alaska airlines exclusively. However, their silly policies, inconsistencies, and missed-placed priorities forced me to look seek another airline provider. Delta has filled that gap with better seats in their airplanes, videos on most all flights, and the first bag checked free. Good job delta management!

Doesn’t support trip info with delta partners. I was traveling from Orlando to JFK to Paris. The app supported me only on orlando flight. Bad
