Best customer service of any airline

Every once in a while the weather screws up my travel plans. Delta has been amazing at fixing those and even my little mistakes and makes it right. I often have to fly other airlines due to routing and simply don’t get that level of service. Thank you Delta Airlines!
The app does not let you get complimentary upgrades.

Every time I use the app it has an error statement that the complimentary upgrade has failed. I have been a delta sky priority member for years. I have NOT been upgraded once. I’m discouraged to say the least. After years of loyalty and 100’s of flights it should be standard.

This app and this company was great once. Not now. I travel 50% of the year. Delta WAS hands down the best. They sold their reward program out of house and I understand that business decision but it's at cost of customer. This app was great, now there are ads always there. No I don't need a huge ad for hotels at the tops of my screen when I'm already about to fly. I am very loyal to Delta because I have stats and they were so great for so long. I fear their leadership has decided they no longer want to be the best. Delta, App, and company behind app are headed in the wrong direction.

It takes forever to check in on this app

I fly a lot and I use different apps for the different airlines. This one is confusing and takes at least an hour, maybe more, just to check in. I keep getting alerts telling me to update information, then when I save the updated info, it returns me to the alert. When I try to chat with an agent it’s all automated. Good airline, but the app needs work.
