Delta has always been good to me. I feel so safe with them. The attendants are just the best. They make flying so comfortable.
The Gate info is not accurate

I was happy that i have this app which is tell all the details and easy to use and very handy but one thing that is not good is the Terminal information is very confusing when it said that departure gate is Tbit at LAX so i went to that terminal according to the app but when i got there it said check in T2 so I have to walk all the way there and almost missed the flight from this confusion So my feedback and suggestions is you should put gate T2 please check in T2 before transfer to departure gate. So people won’t get confused
Reliable with excellent notifications

The Delta app is the best I’ve used and I’ve tried them all. The most useful feature for me is push notifications; for flights starting to board, when bags are loaded on flights and when and where bags are coming out on carousels upon arrival. I find this info very useful and I appreciate being notified without having to find this info on the website or within the app itself.
Probably the best app I use!

Delta continues to improve their app. It’s seamless to use, and I basically go to it for nearly everything. It’s very rare that I go to the website anymore.

I was paying for my flight reservation and I received an error message that the fare had been canceled. Went through payment process again and the cost of the flight had been raised by $100. Very disappointing and seems exploiting.

super easy to book and stay up on everything. Wish it worked better with apple watch without having to open app on phone.

Not only will it not attach to iPhone with an icon it will not show my KTN even though I spent 45 min messaging with someone to try to get it to do that. Since it will not stay on the iPhone I don’t dare try to use it for boarding passes. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS
Stupid hotel booking ad in the way

If you are going to clutter the app with redirects to book hotels, then at least give me the ability to close out the ad to get it out my way! This new “feature” takes up 25% of the already cluttered space on the app and is extremely annoying!
