Poor scheduling…

For the second time in two months our first class seats have been pulled and we have seats in the rear of the aircraft. Poor customer service. 318-308-0748
Beyond frustrating you cannot change you seat on the app…

So frustrating that you cannot change you seat on the app when there is an open in seat in your section. Please update and or change this on the app.

Delta had to cancel connecting flight so automatically removed me from first flight with out giving me the option of keeping it. The best part is that they put my bags on the flight they removed me from so I am stuck without my bags. I’m get the need to cancel the second flight but I should have had the opportunity to fly with my luggage on the first flight.
