The Delta app just keeps getting better each time we travel. Scanning big the passport bar code at the bottom of the face page made it easier this. While the total passport info is not incorporated, it does still make international travel a bit easier. UPDATE: I remain impressed. This app answers almost anything a traveler needs to know before and during their trip.

Delta is always consistently the best airline to fly. From customer service, to comfort, to Covid safety protocols, Delta has always made myself and my family feel good about flying. Love Delta!
Works but redundant

Needs updating. I had to enter CC info several times. Not intuitive. Only certain types of transactions give you the option to save CC info.

Delta has been my first to airlines for the past 30 years - it flys into my Regiinal hub, Melbourne, Fl and when I try Orlando, the other airlines is significantly negatively different so in the end I come back to Delta.
Worst Flight App

Delta has the worst app compared to its counterparts. It takes awhile to get flight details. Once it finally loads, I add the mobile ticket to my wallet so that I can get gate information straight away instead of opening the app at the airport. Good idea at first; however, no information on gate and or if terminal A or B. Since I didn’t have my flight # on my wallet pass, I opened the app in my Uber. When it finally loaded, it said gate 23A. I go past TSA Pre and gate is now 133 to where I have to ride a shuttle to get to. Delta app needs an upgrade.
