The app does not let you get complimentary upgrades. – Fly Delta Review

Every time I use the app it has an error statement that the complimentary upgrade has failed. I have been a delta sky priority member for years. I have NOT been upgraded once. I’m discouraged to say the least. After years of loyalty and 100’s of flights it should be standard.
