Rejected payments

They keep rejecting payments for no reason! This is highly annoying! Different cards Visa, EC nothing works!


Worst experience ever

Our bus was late so it didn’t begin with a great start. 40 mins into the trip the driver decided to pull over and take break. I thought this was direct??? Not happy at all, everyone was left on the bus. We just want to get to our destination.


Doesn’t notify changes mission critical to ride

Missed bus because bus wasn’t operated by standard FlixBus. Also if cancelled then total of reimbursed rides not available. It should sum up all and make available for future rides. It always requires somehow additional charges.

It really depends on what you expect, or the length of the trip. I traveled from Hamburg to Bremen and back using Flixbus, and used the app to search trips and buy tickets. Everything went smooth, there was only a slight delay on the return bus (15-20 min) but the ride itself was pleasant. I guess, it really depends on where you travel.


FlixBus saved my Christmas

I know it's a little late, but I thought I would share my story. My wife and 2 kids live in Berlin, and I was on an important business trip in Amsterdam. Being the clutz I am, I missed my flight... I was literally facetiming my kids and telling them about how I was going to miss Christmas when the friendliest stranger in the world told me about Flixbus. I downloaded the app, and WITHIN an hour, I was on my way home. On top of that, it was actually a nice bus! I've been on other buses before, but at this hour, for this price, I expected outlets that didn't work and lights that flickered. The bus seemed brand new and even had working wifi!!! I made it home before my kids even woke up. Just like Santa hehe


Confusing

The app itself isn’t that bad, the busses are cheaper, BUT, they don’t explain very good about where to get the bus, you might be confused with which station it is, and where you should go. And, I lost one of my busses because it left earlier, and another of my busses was over 45 minutes late. Which is not good at all, and when o lost my bus, one of the bus driver was rude and not helpful at all!

First time using Flixbus here. Bus arrived really on time, even ten minutes before. The first one to Antwerp had a 10 delay. It’s possible that the driver takes a break of 30 minute which he uses for a break during his work day. Furthermore the driver is friendly and he uses a phone to scan your ticket. He even helps you with your luggage if needed. I would recommend using Flixbus.

I am unable to cancel my booking on your website. You have no place to do this, so I tried “contact”, butThe drop down for “select your subject” does not work on my mobile device. I am TRYING to cancel booking number 8064517674 on 18 May, Avignon to CDG airport, Paris., name Sterling!!!!?
