Confusing and not enough information

This looks promising here in Sacramento but needs a lot more information such as pickup places and drop off places. What exactly are you buying for $9.99 or $4.99. Not consumer friendly. Will definitely be using if they get more information out there

Super nervig das man nicht mit EC Karten zahlen kann wenn man Österreich - Deutschland bucht, aber anders rum geht es... Da bringen mir die mobile Gutschein auch recht wenig wenn ich diese Fahrt nur online buchen kann. Außerdem sollte man das automatische weiterleiten von Browser auf App aufstellen können.

Ok so why is entering a credit card made more difficult. You can add your ticket to the wallet, scan the credit card yet the app doesn’t allow you to use iOS’s secure card payment methods such as credit card and ApplePay! Why?

Booked our trip tow weeks advance called the 1800 number to ask about car seat information.they assured me I didn’t need one. Ask if I can have child on lap. I was OK with this Amtrak and Greyhound work the same way.So I paid for the tickets for me and my other children when I showed up we boarded. minutes before we pulled off they told us we had to leave because there was no car seat and I had to pay for the extra tickets. I told her I had no problem paying for the extra seats but let her know that customer service told me I didn’t need to have a car seat that customer service needs to know the rules and regulations before giving out wrong information. haven’t got my money refunded yet couldn’t reach a supervisor left messages no one had a number to reach anybody all they did was give me the runaround That corporate was in Berlin and because of the time difference it was hard to get a hold of someone.no one knew anything very unprofessional since they Misinformed me I lost money no refunded from the hotel I was going to stay at nonrefundable tickets for the amusement parks we were going to visit all together I lost about $500 not including the money for The bus tickets just because I was misinformed.

I tried first 8:55am in San Diego. No bus ever came and the customer service doesn’t know where the bus is. I changed it to 8pm and waited more hours and NO BUS. There were like 12 people waiting... This app is a total scam do not waste your time.


Poor service/ Always Late

FlixBus is a ok service. The bus is nice and clean but the ride is bumpy. The fact that it is always late and how unprofessional the app is in informing you is very unsatisfactory. For the amount you pay is not worth it for the service they provide. I wouldn’t even give them a star if I had a choice, because they know how bad they are to where all they could do is apologize and if you are trying to get your money back they make it as hard as possible to do so. You have to call them, wait in line, then complain while the low educated operators can say one thing and that’s “ I’m sorry”. Overall it’s a bad service.

Glad to see they are in the states now. I had a great experience when I traveled between Prague to Amsterdam. Definitely going to use their service.
