Only suggestion I have is to include feature to manage vouchers. So i dont have to look for it in my mailbox.

Der App ist an sich sehr einfach zu benutzen, aber er zeigt leider nicht alle Stopps an bevor man den Trip fertig gebucht hat. Bitte App improvisieren und alle Ziele bevor Reise Antritt veröffentlichen mit Routen und Zeitangaben.

No accurate update on where the bus is, my daughter is waiting in the heat in a parking lot with no shade. This is not ok

Horrible service changed my ticket from one day to next received a voucher code but was unable to use it for trip. Rip-off FLIX!!!!!!’
Booking with US card doesn’t work

Don’t waste your time. I have been trying 45 min to book with my US card using the app and online.
FlixBus the way to go

Went RoundTrip between Phoenix and LA. Bus was on time. Drivers were friendly. And it was affordable. I recommend Flix for anybody.
