Fair app bad company

After I write this review, I will delete this app. I will never use this Bus Company again. My trip going was fair with no incidents. However my return trip was a horror, starting with a crowded bus and a 4 hour wait for the connecting bus. During the time waiting I received very poor customer service from Frankfurt Flix employee's. From this day forward I'll use the train.

Suppose to be 24/7 hotline support but when I called, an answering machine put me on hold for 30 minutes with no answer.
Awful pricing

The price for my bus ticket skyrocketed from 9€ to 22,90€ at some point within one hour before departure. Since it's such a rip-off I chose to wait two hours for the next one, missing my lecture. Unreliable pricing. Will not be using Flixbus in the future.

Easy to use and fast. That's a plus! Definitely a must if you use the Flixbus!!?...... Yes, I meant to rhyme this rating? lolol.
Won't accept payments

I have tried every credit card I own multiple times, and this app never accepts my payment. I also contacted customer service directly, who did nothing to help the problem.
