Poor customer service – FlixBus & FlixTrain Review

The Flixbus bus app does not currently have a log in, which is not ideal when traveling. I accidentally booked a trip for the wrong day, and Flixbus does not allow you to simply rebook. I called customer service and was told to cancel the booking (for a fee per ticket) and rebook the right trip. I did this, and only after did I learn a voucher is issued for cancellations INSTEAD of a return. Now I have a voucher I am unable to use, as I don't live in Europe, because I was given poor info by customer service. Additionally, the first bus I took had a restroom with no supplies and the second bus had a leak which spilled over the left side of the bus. There are other buses in Europe, use those instead of Flixbus.
