The food is great, but I can’t seem to find my store in the app yet. How often do they update it? I’ve tried every zip code close to it and coming up with nothing.

Place a mobile order from the app, and there’s no way to ask them to drop the fries so it’s ready when you arrive, thus defeating the purpose of ordering ahead, since you’ll still have to wait for your order, which won’t be ready. I asked about that and it’s company policy to wait to drop the fries. Guys, I’m an adult. I understand that if I ask you to just have it ready it might not be QUITE as hot as if you hold me up to make it when I get there. But I won’t come in as often if you don’t make it convenient. And why doesn’t a mobile ordering app support Apple Pay in 2019?

Good food that takes awhile to make. App saves time, until there is an issue with order. Didn’t receive items ordered, and confirmed and charged for. When calling store for credit, they wouldn’t.
Not Ready for Prime Time...

Missing functionality. Can’t order shakes from my closest location (even for pickup) even though they have them. When ordering a drink, no option to choose exactly *what* drink you want (Coke, Sprite, etc.). Was looking forward to trying Five Guys delivery for the first time. Guess I’ll have to get something else from someone who has a real working app. Don’t release a half baked app. It only serves to frustrate the customer who will remember the negative experience for a long time. Can’t believe I have to tell this to a company as big as Five Guys!

The app is useless, usually these types of apps are meant to save time. Every time I close out of the app it deletes my order so if I’m ordering with a group and checking orders I have to start everything over. The most pointless feature is that you can’t pay on the app! You order and you have to get in line to pay in store which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead and not having to wait in line. Pointless, the shake shack app would never.

You do get to order before you get there, but my question is why have the app at all though? I have all the fast food apps, and they all have deals that are exclusive through their app. McDonalds will have a 1 dollar off a large fries, Wendy’s will have some bonus you normally can’t get in store, heck, even chick fil a has a rewards system. I love five guys food, but they need to step up to the competition if they want to be competitive in the market.

Tried to order 3 time and didn’t go through. Save you money overrated burger anyway. plus $10.00 dollars is bit much for a “hamburger “

At least give us the option of cooking the fries in advance so we don’t have to wait for our food.

Tried to save some time and order ahead, watched people that were behind me in line get their food before mine... yet I ordered 45 min before via app... bad experience, I’ll just head over to shake shack instead.
