I ordered on the app for the first time, & waited 3 extra minutes beyond the time I was told the food would be ready before I even went in. I would have been better off ordering in line, in store!

Curbside not efficient

Place an order on the app for curbside pickup. It said to call the store when I arrived. I called several times and no one picked up. I had to walk in to the store to get my food that it wasn’t even ready. All the staff said was “sorry...we we’re busy”.?

I have used this app a few times. The last time was so badly handled, there won’t be a next time. I drove up for curbside service and called, and was told to pull into the golf cart area to get my order. Nobody came out. My car was blocking traffic, so I went inside. My order had been tossed up on the counter for me to come deliver it to myself, but the order was incomplete. I think the Peachtree City store needs adult supervision or something, but I’m over it. I will never go through this again. I also feel like an idiot for leaving a $4 tip. Which useless employee got that money for doing nothing?
Needs to allow Apple Pay and partial gift cards

App itself is fine could use some modernization design wise, but the biggest issues is that it doesn’t accept Apple Pay and if your order is more than the gift card you have you can’t use the gift card, it just tells you your balance is insufficient. Love 5guys but I can’t use gift cards regularly

Why are there no menu descriptions? I ordered a burger last night, and found out the hard way that a regular burger is TWO patties. Waaaay too much food for me. If u are not a routine customer, you are in for big surprises.

Location on the listing in the app specifically says that it’s available for In-Store Pickup or Curbside, but when I try to actually place an order at the store, it tells me that neither is available. Great app ?. Pretty useless for me at this point.
Where is the “I’m here” button

Nice app for ordering. My issue is that after completing online order, get message to tap I’m Here when arriving for in-store pickup. For the life of me I can’t find that button, either on app or email.
