Terrible experience using the app. We live 30 minutes away so ordered ahead to avoid the line. Informed the person when we got there. He said all he needed to do was drop the fries. 20 minutes later we still had no good. People who had gone and ordered at the register had their food and were gone while we were still waiting. Drove all the way only to find out they messed up our order.

Why no landscape iPad support?

While I have nearly every major kind of Apple device the one I turn to the most is iPad, usually in landscape format whilst typing on an external keyboard. Thanks for supporting iPads, but forcing users into a vertical only orientation limits my use so I deleted. Might as well just use the website.

Hey guys! I wish the app would scan my credit card without built in setting but instead it crashes the app and deleted my order not once not twice not three times. EVERY??SINGLE??TIME! Manual entry works fine but it’s a bit of a cruel joke

If I wanted to wait for my food, I would order in person. Can’t agree more with all the other people complaining about 5 guys not making their fries until you come into the store. WTH?
Grossly inaccurate ETA

Having used many other apps to order burgers I take it fir granted that the ETA provided when the order is confirmed is accurate. These guys aren’t even close! Gave me an ETA of 10 minutes and took nearly 30. With four people behind the counter! If you have a Habit in your area use their app instead. Very disappointed
Mobile ordering is useless

Placed order on mobile app and still standing and waiting after more than 10 minutes. Could have just ordered when I got here
