It makes no sense to use your mobile app given you cook the burgers immediately but will not cook the fries until you arrive. Burger sits and gets Cold with hot fries. It makes it faster and better experience to just order in the store versus ordering on the mobile app. Fix this logistical issue or kill your app

We love five guys because you are so great with gluten allergies but neither the app or mobile site allow for any selection or indication of allergy when ordering. I have to call the store after placing my order to let them know every time. This is a huge missing.

No, you don’t skip the line

Your burgers will be made ahead of time and then put aside for fries. And there it will sit while every other order goes out. And sit. And sit. And get forgotten. Seriously, just go in and order in person. You’ll get out faster.

Local Five Guys has changed to winter hours and App hours have not changed along with it. Sick of app saying the store closes at 7pm every day when it clearly doesn’t.

Incredibly easy and accurate with ability to add every option available. Could have even paid thru the app if I chose to. Will use again but better yet I can place an order and have my husband pick it up!
Order never received

Ordered and hour before pick up. Store did not receive the order until 5 minutes after the scheduled pick up. Might as well come to store and wait
