This app works for me about 25-50% of the time. It will connect, show the battery life, and even what is playing, but it won’t allow me to change anything. When it works, it’s super convenient. I wish there was the option for a longer timer to get through my baby’s naps without resetting it multiple times.
Love all the features and 4 solid leg stability of the Luminate bassinet that caused me to get this companion app, old bassinet wobbled too much on pivot points and baby rolled to the side. This one is super steady. Only gripe is that for an app that controls night time related activities, it sure is hard to find a “dark mode” setting if it even exists…
This app is nice for using the deluxe soother. One thing that could definitely be added is the ability to adjust the volume from within the Sleep Stages menu. Currently, you need to go into the main controls, which stops the cycle, change the volume, then reactivate Sleep Stages.
Doesn’t stay on/turns off randomly, says batteries are low/dead no matter how many times we replace them, timers don’t work. I’ve disconnected and reconnected the device and that fixes nothing. Not worth the money or time. Very frustrating
For several months now the app doesn’t work. Usually the first clue is it doesn’t show the custom colors I made, then it won’t let me press most buttons - and if it does it instantly resets. My boy has special needs and this toy really helps him sleep - but only when it plays our custom things. The toy itself seems to reset to factory default almost everyday and with the app no longer working this is a problem.
It’s a good concept and works most of the time. How it’s can be finicky and buggy. The latest update keeps signing me out and then I have to re-pair it to the toys. This doesn’t work well when my daughter is sleeping and it can’t turn the music on remotely. Please fix this issue. There are others, like the battery level being incorrect all the time.
I don't seem to be having the issues others are having - login is fine, connectivity is fine if I'm within a few rooms away, etc. But after having this app for a couple years now, how is there still no dark mode?! If I need to make a change while my son is barely asleep and I haven't snuck out yet, the bright white from my phone from this app is sure to wake him up!
The product it’s self is great and has the potential to be a useful part of a nursery unfortunately the app is terrible. I am always logged out and constantly having to pair. I hope this issue gets fixed, it’s very inconvenient and makes me hate that I bought two of these.
Honestly I was going to buy a more expensive sound machine that does less than what the Fisher-Price does. My husband and one of our baby to have a projector and a sound machine and I wanted a nightlight for coming in and checking on her so to have that all in one with the Fisher-Price soother it’s the best honestly the best part is getting to control everything off your phone oh when they get older not stirred them while they’re sleeping everything can be done on your phone with the tap on the screen
