Hasn’t worked for months – Fisher-Price® Smart Connect™ Review

For several months now the app doesn’t work. Usually the first clue is it doesn’t show the custom colors I made, then it won’t let me press most buttons - and if it does it instantly resets. My boy has special needs and this toy really helps him sleep - but only when it plays our custom things. The toy itself seems to reset to factory default almost everyday and with the app no longer working this is a problem.
