Not a morning person...

I’ve had this music and light machine since my boy was born, now with the update his favorite animations are gone, which would always calm him down and even put him to sleep with the on the go music. Which now with the latest “bug fixes” that doesn’t even work! It doesn’t cycle through the songs anymore, just stops after each one is over. This is my boys nap time music! And now I have to find something else for him. Bring back the old version! Nothing was wrong with it, it was very user friendly and everything worked!

This app used to be amazing. Now it disconnects when I leave my child’s room. What’s the point? It also stops playing music on the go after one song and I have to open and restart. Go back to your old ways!! It’s crap now!

Used to be a great app

I’ve been using this app since my son was born back in 2017 and loooved it! Then came the update that changed the whole app and now the music on the go that I’ve always relied on as a white noise to keep my kid from waking up all night stops playing the continues music. Idk why it doesn’t keep playing the music the way it used to but it’s annoying. Now I’m going to be deleting this app... it’s trash.

Ever since Mattel bought this company. It’s been a mess. The app is not worth it if I have to register and log in or re-pair all my equipment every-time I try to use it. It’s maddening. If it worked like it should it would be great. Go back to the previous platform. What you’re using now is NOT working.

Music on the go doesn’t work now

Used this app in our night time routine with music on the go playing. Now when I try to use it, it only plays one song instead of continuously. Will be looking for a new app until this one gets fixed back to its old ways.

Ever since the update the app has been awful. I have to basically re-pair the night time music maker whatever back to my phone every night. It was simple and so easy before the update. Dumb.

Was GREAT now it barely passes as okay.

It app was great for my first child (2017). Had a great screen that you could play while playing music. It kept her interest for hours and would play music all night if you wanted it to. Not to mention it controlled my soother easily. NOW 2020 all it dose is control my soother fine. But the other features are either gone completely or work half of the time. The music will only play one song at a time so you constantly have to hit the play button every time a song ends.

Constantly re-pairing

What’s the point in having a Bluetooth connection if I have to constantly re-pair my phone to the soother the moment I want to use it? Very disappointed in this product.
