I am unable to login in after I created an account with you. Kept giving an error saying something wrong window popped up. I’m going to return the product if you’re not fix this problem.

We own two of the seahorse soothers and have to re-pair them every single time we open the app. It makes them useless even though we really like them!

The old version of this app & product WAS 5 star worthy. Now I wish I could give it a zero. With this update my product no longer connects. I’ve tried resetting everything and it is incompatible, which then defeats the purpose of even having a Bluetooth soother. But now cherry on top, it won’t even allow me to log in to use it. This is app update isn’t worth buying the product. Just get a regular soother or a different Bluetooth one.

It takes a lot for me to write a review. I hate the update to this app. I have a light sleeper and at nap time I need to keep the music going. When it clicks off he usually wakes up. So it’s nice to click the app and control it. Not with the changes. With the updates sometimes I can’t even log in! Other times it disconnects me and mid nap It need me to hit the yellow button on the side of the projector to connect it again. Can’t do that when he’s sleeping! So frustrating! Why did it even need to change. Everything was fine with the old one! Bring that one back!

Miss the functionality of the old app

Update to my update - It is 3 months later and the same issues still exist. Why are we not able to make changes to the sleep stages program as we were before? For example, I want to be able to turn off the animal projection function during the settle stage because my baby hates it, but it just exits us out of the program entirely - this was possible with the old app. I want to be able to skip to soothe stage sometimes but I’m not able to - this was possible with the old app. Update- I’m frustrated that the recent update still has not returned full functionality of the product. Why not just go back to the original version of the app? We should be able to edit settings on sleep stages the same way we were able to when we purchased the product - if that is not possible, we should be allowed to return the product given it has changed functionality since purchase. This is just a plain old soother at this moment in time given current settings. The update has really depleted the functionality of the deluxe soother - at this point, I’d recommend purchasing a different soother as they do not appear to be repairing the app and this one is now way more difficult to use. I miss being able to alter settings within the sleep stages program - this change to the app makes this more like typical soothers with less options. Why did you remove the ability to customize programming? I have also had to pair the device multiple times since the app update which I never had to do with the previous version of the app. Please return back to the old version of the app.

Works sometimes. Most times when I try to turn on it won’t connect to the app and says I need to re-pair it. It’s more annoying than helpful

Why would you complicate a perfectly working app and make it worse? The app now needs internet connectivity to login and control your devices. What if the internet is down? What if your at your cabin in the middle of nowhere? The Bluetooth keeps disconnecting! This never happened before. To the design team, you have failed in basic design theory. Losing functionality for being more fancy!
