Can’t Connect

I just downloaded the app to connect my 2 in 1 glider and the app won’t even let me login. I can’t even set up an account because the Fisher-Price login platform won’t load. I’ve been having issues with the glider for a week now and customer service has not helped at all. I had to go and buy an additional adapter on my own to power the device. Now I can’t even smart connect. Very disappointed in fisher price overall.

Go back to the old app please!

I used to love this now it’s more anxiety and frustration than anything because the app never works, never connects. Come on FP please fix this. It’s been months! If I could give zero stars I would but to write a review you have to give something. So sad.

Still issues with being able to login. Can open the app but can’t get past the login screen.

My wife and I both downloaded this app to control the swing. The problem we both have is it won’t make the swing part go faster but it will make it go slower. What a waste!

I don’t know why but I can’t control anything with the app. My phone is connected, I can see what is playing and all the settings but I can do nothing. If I want to turn up or down the volume because my other son is crying and I want to cover the sound by turning it up I just can’t. It is so frustrating... it’s too bad because that was why I purchased it, to control it with my phone.
