I hate this new version of the app. Why do i have to constantly pair the deluxe soother? So annoying when my little one is asleep and I want to use the app to adjust its settings and then I have to lean over his crib to hit the obnoxious chiming pairing button EVERY TIME!!! Ridiculous!!!

My babies go to sleep with music playing all night & the mobile spins with pictures inside to get the baby focused & tired. It’s even better that I can manage it through my phone rather than having to walk into the room to wake the baby. I love this mobile!!!

The app is easy enough to use, but could be better. I really wish there was a volume control button on the sleep stages settings. If you want to change the volume, you have to exit and change the volume in custom settings and then change it back over and restart it in sleep stages settings.

I just bought the product for my daughter’s birthday, and so far, the first time using the app is already giving me frustration. The app asks to create an account, so I did, and when I try to connect the device, it says connected, but once you click next the app gives me an error. So I decide to delete the app and reinstall and now is not even letting me log back, it keep me sending bayto the welcome page. Very disappointed!

I loved this deluxe soother so much, I did not have any complaints about the App, too, until recent update. With recent change, i had to create an account on Mattel website and login, pair the device again to use the soother. That was ok I thought it would be just one time thing. Now this App is asking me to login again and pair the device again! Maybe that is not a big deal if you don’t have a crying baby in your arm or if the soother is right next to you. But that’s not why I got this smart soother for. It is so frustrating please make an update so I wouldn’t need to login and setup the device again unless it is absolutely necessary.

This app is trash because you have to pair the swing every time you use the app. If I can get to the swing to pair it I don’t need a remote control ...
Crashing, Not staying paired.

Since latest update, I have not been able to open the app without it crashing instantly, so now my entire device is stuck on a single setting instead of being able to adjust it. I’ve also had to pair the device multiple times within the last two days. I originally loved the app and device, but with every update seems to be lesser quality. The original app was the best so far, why fix it when it wasn’t broken!
