Why isn't your app available everywhere.!?

You sell your products in Sweden, but the app is not available in Swedish App Store, why is that.!!? ?

Don’t update!! It bricks your mobile!

The notes say bug fixes but it really stops the app from connecting in Jan 2022. Ridiculous!! If you don’t want to update the app, fine but don’t make it so I can’t control my mobile from my phone. I guess this is the last thing I buy from Mattel since you don’t support your products.

Dropping mobile Bluetooth off app

I recently bought a second mobile for my second baby because my first loved it so much and the fact I loved the Bluetooth option. But when I did the up date on the app they informed me that there dropping the Bluetooth connection for the mobile. That was the whole point in buying the second one so I didn’t have to go into the nursery to turn it on again. Also when you have to re login every time and re sink the mobile every time it is a pain. I not going to walk in wake the baby just to turn on the mobile that’s why I bought Bluetooth.

New app is terrible

You change the app about a year ago and it’s terrible also it never works constantly telling me to resync it. What mother can do that at 2 am when their child is sleeping. The sound goes from extremely quiet and the next one up is way to loud. Terrible!

Sometimes I can turn off my daughter’s device and sometimes I can’t. I can sometimes edit the presets and sometimes I can’t. I can’t change the song so it plays the same song constantly! Very buggy and glitchy. Worked great when we first got it at Christmas but now less than 2 months later it’s not working correctly! Very disappointing!
