After all the great reviews of this game I really wanted to try it. Unfortunately the controls have made this a frustrating mess and when you combine that with lagging graphics you get a game that is practically unplayable.

Beat the ios version along with all other versions that came out since this is my favorite game in the series. Changed rating to 1 star cause they really screwed up the controls. It was fine when it originally launched but since then hey have made heavy changes to controls during battle and I hate it. There isnt an option to change it to the original ios release controls either. Til they do I will keep my review at 1 star.

This was hands-down one of the best games I've ever played in my entire life. Originally played it Wayback in the day on Super Nintendo. This game is amazing for anyone and hasn't played it. The bad reviews on here are bogus the direction pad is a little annoying but it's not that bad all those people are just big weenies.

I love Final Fantasy VI and consider it one of the best games ever. I picked it up on IOS the other day since it was half the original price and I'm glad that's all I paid. The touch screen controls are a mess and it takes a lot of patience to just simply get your character to go where you want them to in this game. The graphics in some ways are neat, but the characters and locations on the overworld are really bad. I highly recommend this game, but check it out on another platform like the Wii or PS3 or Nintendo DS.
