Trustworthy

Garne463

I feel very confident with any finances I have with Fidelity.

Good app

Matt/Kyle

This is a very well-made app. You can look at everything with Fidelity, change things that are needed, get customer service phone number if you need it. I give a four star because the only thing that it doesn’t do for some reason and maybe it’s just me it won’t keep me logged in! But in general love the app!

Bugs persisting

mauser98k

App is currently buggy. Sometimes I cannot log in, this just started recently. Please address. Thanks.

Rate of return

Cavitri

I like the app, but would like to able to see the rate of return in the app as well. If it is available, I am not able to find it easily.

Versatile app

"Thee Archer"

Perfect for the on the go level...

Good start, but not there yet

Simscore

Some key features still don’t work. Overall I really like it, but it’s clear the makers don’t test enough with real life account. For example, the total gain/loss column in the portfolio section only shows dollar value and not % as the online platform does. The 1 month chart in the portfolio is never accurate, while the one on the website is spot on. These and other missing or completely bonkers pieces of information display are really odd Foley’s in such a well designed app. I am eager for future revisions however as it has an excellent base to build on.

Great Mobile App

Vince O'Rourke

Quality broker with excellent breath of services.

Bad rating logic and garbage login

jessewspencer

Why on earth would you ask me to rate your app within 15 SECONDS of logging into your native app for the very first time? I don’t even know if I like it yet. What a terribly interrupting user experience. Not only is the onboarding garbage, but I also tried to log back in (5 minutes after signing up) and my Touch ID failed to load. I receive a failed notification, saying “the information you entered doesn’t meet Fidelity’s security standards”, uh okay, I literally just followed your onboarding instructions, so whatever. I tried to use my exact user name and password and again with the same information... “the information you entered doesn’t meet Fidelity’s security standards”. So I guess I should just move my investments because this app is pointless? Oh I can’t... my 401k is with my company. ??????

Yup

Kexui

Great interface

Good, but one major security flaw!

Hawaii iPhone guy

The security flaw is that even though someone chooses NOT to display one's account balances without logging in, anyone can change that setting (without logging in) from the feed screen, by clicking the upper left "three-lines with circles" icon, and then toggling the "Account Balances" switch. They can also do this from the More, Quick Access, screen. To repeat, they can make that change WITHOUT having to log in! Thus, anyone using the phone can see a person's account balances without having to log in (or use Touch ID)! Clearly, that's not good, and I'm sure that was NOT the intent of the App creators. Note, this problem may be unique to the most recent updated version of the App, and might not apply to older versions. Please fix this Fidelity! Thanks! Second, it would be great to have a Touch ID option that only allows access to most account INFORMATION (including account balances, positions, history, etc.), but does NOT allow TRADING or TRANSFERS (and other transactions) in the account, with mere Touch ID. Instead, conducting such TRANSACTIONS would require a full log-in with username and password. That would make me more comfortable with using Touch ID, knowing that even if someone managed to hack or otherwise defeat Touch ID, although they would have access to my account INFORMATION, at least they wouldn't be able to conduct transactions in my account. PLEASE consider adding such a Touch ID option! Thank you!
