Fidelity has been amazing. From the professional and courteous team members to outstanding selection of products and services, I just can’t say enough good things about this company.

Love this App

Diana in Kaneohe

I liked the old version and like this one even better. Very intuitive and easy to figure out. The app, that is! Now if I could only figure out what all the data means! Yes, the app provides links to help the layman out, now all I need is the time to read it all!

Used to love, can't log in now

This app used to be amazing. Over the past few days it says I have an incorrect username or password but I login just fine on my laptop. I rebooted my phone but it makes no difference. ?.. At least I can see my account balance and my watchlist, but I would preferred to be able to **trade** on the app.

Trading

annealden

Very easy and affordable to trade with educational tools

Great- but needs small improvement

Nacarwine

Like the ease of use, But would love to be able to see each stock/fund title instead of tickler. Even when you go and click on each fund, you cannot see the whole title.

too slow

Sunpmdt

logon takes at least 3-5 seconds. It is much slower than its competitor Robinhood (though fidelity provides much more services so that I have to suffer from the slowness of the app)

Current performance

Annoyed by both Fidelity and Apple

I'm stuck on an old version because I use an iPad 2 Which Apple abandoned on ios9 and now I'm stuck on an old Fidelity app 3.20 because of that. Many of us don't throw our Apple crap away because it's a few years old. And not all of use run out and buy iPhone Xs.

UI issue with this version

Mallard06

Update: When you are on a call and then start the Fidelity app the bottom menus are cut off. If the app is already in the background before getting on a phone call this issue is not present. It is only an issue when you start a phone call before starting the Fidelity app. Great update. UI is modern, consistent and clean. I only have 2 complaints. The swipe ‘left to go back’ functionality should be fixed to allow you to preview the page before you swipe back to it. Additionally, when you click the Log Out button the user should be redirected to a different screen confirming that they logged out.
