Free Commission fees

Raoul Junior Charles

Y’all should Introduce some type of Weekly or monthly one time free commission fee per trades for clients for 1 hour or 2 ?????

Don't update!

DerWienerSchnitzel

Back in 2016 they removed streaming quotes Now in 2018 the app crashes whenever it tries to access my camera for check deposits. They were better off not developing new features and instead keeping what was already present working.

Numbers don’t add up

ChristopherLane

I’ve called Fidelity several times to inform them of several problems to no avail. This latest update doesn’t fix these problems. I find two big issues. First, the number for “Today’s Gain or Loss” on the Summary page does not agree to the total of the individual security gains and losses on the Detail. A Fidelity rep told me that was because two different vendors provide that information separately. How can a summary total not agree to the total of the individual securities? Absurd! Second, for thinly-traded issues, the dollar and percentage gain or loss for the current price does not agree with the dollar and percentage gain for one’s own holding. For example, if the current price of XXX is $21.00, up $1.00 or 5.00%, my individual holding dollar and percentage increase (or decrease) shows a different amount. I have also spoken to Fidelity reps who have stated they will report the issue, yet it has not been fixed. This doesn’t give me a lot of confidence that the information provided to me is accurate.

Add Fullview to the App

World at Fingertips

The app gives a decent picture of ones account and reasonable functionality but I don’t use it because it does not have Fullview. I have to open a browser and log on to my account that way.

Great app, let’s make it wonderful

doxzero

It’s a really good, the best financial app of those I have tried. There are just some things that could be improved. Something seems to have prevented the app from triggering a notification of an order fulfillment. That seems unexpected since past order fulfillments triggered notifications just fine. Related, I saw the icon badge indicating a notification of some sort, but when I opened the app, not only was I not prompted to use TouchID to log in, but more importantly, there was no indication as to what the icon badge was trying to notify me about. I understand that you don’t want to reveal notification details until logged in, but it would be nice to see what the notification is actually about. It would be nice if the red tag indicating the notification was also on the main tab when the app is opened. And then the “notifications” section is also highlighted even if you have to log in to receive the details. It’s just a little disjointed when you see the icon badge and then there is a disconnect once you open the app. You just don’t know where to go for the notification.

Have hard time getting help from fidelity to set up and add money to my account... called waited on phone for 45 min . The customer service rep told me if I didn’t have 50k or more I wasn’t important enough for them to help me setup my Roth IRA and purchase stock ?

Great trading app

I love this app. It allows me to trade while I'm at work at my real job. The alerts allow me to make necessary trades within minutes.
