I was having issues but realized I couldn’t do everything I wanted through fidelity net benefits. I open new fidelity app and now I’m all set
Hate the updated App

Since the App update, I am unable to login with my password via the app.I have to go directly to website to view my accounts.
Beta is not up to par

Behind the times in contributions

It is extremely annoying that I can not put a percentage of my earnings down as a contribution amount. This means I have to go back and forth adjusting dollar amounts when my earnings fluctuate as they do. It also means I’ll never have optimum savings, as each transaction takes two pay periods to go into affect. Worst part? At retirement, my savings will NOT be in any way a reflection of my career on earnings OR savings over all those years. Many calls have failed to find anyone who can just change my plan to that of some of my peers, who are able to put percentages. This is a major disservice to their clients who know better.
Can’t login

The iPad app won’t let me log in. It keeps saying Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later. I’ve tried deleteing and reinstalling, and restarting my iPad, but nothing gets it to work. There must be a problem with the app.
Great Product

It is so handy to be able to check my portfolio on my iPad. The app is nearly as robust as the website.
