Great App - 1 BIG FLAW

Vinny Vent

The app is fantastic however there have been multiple updates without a fix in sight yet for this issue. When you click on the Fidelity credit card the menu bar at the top blocks the different table by 90% right under it on the iPhone X!

Ok

iPhone app is better than iPad app , more user friendly

Login Failure

jpopplewell

Unable to login, I get a message the the password does meet the security requirements but it works on the web page.

Option to sort markets you watch

Powerasdfg

It would be nice to have an option to rearrange the markets you are watching. Or i just don’t know how?

Warning to those trying find how to upload documents

kmam

This app should have warned me it didn’t have the link to upload and send my documents to withdraw from my retirement account. I spent a lot of time on my mobile devices and on the phone with a representative trying to find out how to do it. It should have directed me to the net benefits app. It would be helpful to just put all actions in one app to belay confusion.

Simplicity

Beginner and user friendly

My Investment partner

I've been using Fidelity since 1987. I used the dialup service and today the very intuitive Fidelity system today. I go back and forth between the old school screens and the new system that has been in work for the last 5 years. My investment funds have been safe and I cannot remember a single instance where an error was made in calculating my account totals.

Account

WEATHERFORD

Your telling me I don’t have an account ?????

Lot of distraction I don’t really need

Johny Quickly

1. I manage both mine and my wife’s accounts. You should allows the same faceid to be used for multiple accounts. (Put a cap on the number of accounts you’ll allow to be stored if there’s a security concern). If you are allowing the username to be stored for multiple accounts then also allow the password / faceid. 2. The feed - seriously folks. Very fancy. And not needed by every user you have. Give folks the option of NOT seeing it. I want to login to see my account positions and details, not do research on what all I could do with my money on a phone. I understand others May do that per your research, but giving ppl like me options to avoid extra taps would make me login more often and do more with the app. You’ve put a lot of thought in it. But it really is a lot more noise than needed.
