Lately the Face ID isn’t working on your app. Not sure why I have to now enter in my password instead of face recognition. I guess it’s kinda retro but very cumbersome. Please bring this feature back!!!’
Bad Technical Issue Lost Me Hundreds

I had a trailing stop loss on stock. When I changed stock into other portfolio within the same account instead of it keeping trailing stop loss it created a short in that account and never sold stock. I’ve lost hundreds of dollars because of this very bad technical issue. I called customer service and this teenager answered and admitted it was a technical issue, however it’s on me so nothing they can do about it.
Fidelity app still requires account login

Hi, I have the fidelity app on my iPad. It’s spacing and layout is only so-so. But what is most irritating is the need to login to my account after I’ve logged in to app to get to some account and research features. Why the double login?

There are some aspects of fidelity that are great and some that are absolutely atrocious. Overall this app has improved for the better, however before improving it got worse. Fidelity removed almost all Credit Card access and visibility from this app to undergo a transformation. When I called I was told by Elon financial that Fidelity did this on purpose to make changes and said they would be notifying customers. The notifying customers never happened. This is an on going issue with fidelity. Benefits of this app: if you need to do it it’s on the app and accessible. This is easy to understand. There are new functions that I hadn’t even considered such as reoccurring transactions. I personally like the price alerts and sell triggers.

Need to execute option(s) and stocks on same ticket! Not just Buy Write. You need to move to 21st century. I am a 25 year hedge fund veteran and I know you can do it.
