Great, want more extended hours info

I like the feed the best. Product should show how the markets are moving in extended hours especially if you have the ability to trade during extended hours.


Poor service

I called the customer service, your app is a known problem for being slow, glitchy and just not working and I was even suggested to use the site instead of the app by the customer service representative I spoke to. If this is a known problem why is it not being fixed?! Simple. It’s called laziness and people just not wanting to do their jobs correctly. I will no longer ever try to do any sort of business through fidelity, for a company handling your money I feel like their app/website should actually work correctly and flawlessly bc if I have a problem just trying to make an account, there’s probably going to be bigger problems. Good job on losing a customer you nvr had due to poor customer service/ a poor online system.

Consistent problem with passwords

I am fairly computer literate. I manage all my finances electronically. But Fidelity defeats me. Almost every week it is forcing me to change my password. This has become a serious problem for me. I travel internationally and have my investment portfolio as well as Charitable Foundation with Fidelity. I sometimes end up changing passwords in the middle of the night. This is absurd and shameful in this day and age. FIX IT.

The “new” credit card experience looks old and out of place. Although it has more functionality, it looks like an app within an app.


BillPay features need improvement

I use the Fidelity app quite often. I like that it uses Facial Recognition to login via my iPhone XS Max and iPad Pro. I like the ability to deposit checks by taking a photo of the check. However, the BillPay features in the app have several serious deficiencies: 1. Cannot add new payees or edit existing payees. 2. Cannot view outstanding BillPay checks. I have to go to fidelity.com in a browser to carry out these functions. I hope these shortcomings can be addressed in an update some time soon.

Fidelity sends me 2emails about how great their updated mobile app is because I now can manage my 2 Fidelity credit cards. What they don’t say is that when I login to my account, my accounts show up but my 2 credit cards are shaded and cannot be accessed. Thanks for NOTHING!
