Great app on the iPhone

This app is absolutely perfect on the iPhone. I'm currently using an iPhone 8+and the app allows me to do essentially everything I need to do! The ability to login with the fingerprint reader is great and the user interface is seamless.
LEVEL 2 PLEASE- Stocks and Options

If you add level 2 for stocks and options like you have in your active trader pro platform in the directional trade window that would be great. If you could release a Mobile version of active trader pro that would just be even better yet! Mobility is the new computing standard. Please design platforms with a mobility first standard, just wait till your customers experience those advancements in features. The excitement around fidelity will be huge.
NONEXISTENT TECH SUPPORT

I’ve spent an hour being transferred amongst multiple Fidelity teams trying to figure out why my credit card account isn’t visible in this app. No one seems to be familiar with the app’s capabilities or able to direct me to a contact who is. Absolutely ridiculous.

Every now and then it’ll log you out, and no matter what you do to tell it to leave your feed active and stuff it won’t care and will require you to log in each and every time you use it.
No credit card data

With a recent app update, the credit card portion of the app was supposed to be enhanced. I cannot even access any credit card information now. It spins endlessly and then returns ‘technical error’. Please just go back to the way it was so I can see the credit card data.
Screen does not resize to device

I have a 7plus and the icons at the bottom are barely visible on the bottom of the screen. It must not resize based on screen size. Makes it difficult to use the app.
