So kind to a new investor

I don’t have a lot of money in my account but I am always treated as if I had a million dollars. Plus the help is great no matter how insignificant or minor.

Organization seems random. I’d like to be presented with a navigation page from which I can choose where I want to go, rather than randomly selected holdings interspersed with unrelated news stories. ALSO, on a phone, a device typically used in more public places, balances should be hidden to begin with! I have no idea where to go to change this and so the app is unusable for me at this point, not having time for that goose chase right now.

Can’t pay my credit card

I mostly use the app to check my transactions on my credit card and also pay my credit card through the app but now they have taken both features away and I am finding the app useless. I have to either try to remember the login to pay through the computer or call in to pay my card which can take 15-20 minutes. Please bring back the credit card features!

Really poor design. Doesn’t update live quotes. Functionality is very low end relative to what other brokers provide. App also goes down - I have had issues on several occasions. Fidelity needs to increase its IT budget and invest in online capabilities for its customers. Online help service is the worst. The bot that answers questions is so off!!!!
Works well but Touch ID on iPad Not Working

I like the app but with the latest release for iPad, Touch ID to login is not working. Touch ID is set up and was working before. But now when I try to login a message pops up say Touch ID is not available and to enter username and password.
