So easy

I-Tunes Addict

Fidelity has thought of everything with this app. So easy to use. The interface is very intuitive. Great job!

Great experience

Tony Antoine

I have been with Fidelity for over two years now and have absolutely enjoyed my experiences. I’ve only had one problem and it was resolved very quickly. Very satisfied!

Only complaint

@Fuxin_Mojo

I have been using Fidelity for the last year or so, I like the new Beta experience. My only complaint is how we are not able to see/trade premarket & after hours through the mobile app. I would like to see something more similar to Webull’s PM/AH experience

The worst app

iManApple001

I don’t recommend it. The worst sevice and policy.

Doesn’t not support T-Mobile devices?

aveyking

That’s upsetting to hear that I cannot trade because of my mobile device not supporting this app. :(

Login issues

asb287

Face ID never works and various other logging issues

Super

LeAnnisfun

Easy to navigate but trades could be faster

The app never loads.

Gunny Spence

The app never EVER loads my account. It always says there’s an issue. I go online and see it no problem. PLEASE fix this.

Cluttered and distracting

Mollie2009

I don’t need all the crap that fidelity auto displays. Let me pick what I want not what you think I should see to help fidelity sell services

Continues to get better but it’s still buggy

Fenderstratguy

I don’t understand why the Fidelity webpage continuously has problems determining my account’s total value. When I login on my desktop after market close, my account balance (total value) ricochets between two or even three totals before it finally settles down on one answer (and this is with the market closed and nothing should be changing). This may have to do with securities that don’t trade every day, but I don’t understand why I get one total in one column another total on the bottom another total at the upper left and the number may be different between the summary tab and the positions tab. ven I think it has to do with some totals being calculated based on last trade and others based on the bid but I wish they’d pick one method and stick to it. This difference can be over $1000. I’m not going to praise them for other features when they can’t even tell me how much my accounts are worth. I have reported this issue numerous times.
